The Operator Network is an exclusive database of hundreds of trained and licensed operators. No more collecting and vetting resumes, no more questionable qualifications, and no more waiting weeks and months to fill the position saving you time and money.
CONTRACT HIRE: Get full-time, part-time, and stand-by operator coverage. This is ideal when you need coverage but don’t want to do a permanent hire. However, you can get an option to hire after a waiting period. A try before you buy option.
APPRENTICESHIP: We can also customize an apprenticeship program to bring in a steady flow of growing talent for a permanent answer to your employment needs.
